J W Allen as Nominated Executor        } On Motion
of the will of Matilda Powers, deceased}

J W Allen this day appeared in this court and presented and filed a writing
purporting to be the will of Matilda Powers and moved the court to probates and
admit it to record as the last will and testament of Matilda Powers, deceased
the name of Matilda Powers is subscribed thereto...
