The parties to this action having been duly summoned and the warning order atty G C Ewing having filed his report herein and this case being submitted for judgement and the court advised now judges that the land set out and mentioned in Plaintiff Petition and hereinafter described be allotted and partitioned as hereinafter set out and to that end-- the court appoints John Burton Jones J R Darnell and B A Shrout commissioners to make said allotment and partition who after being first duly sworn will meet upon the Land on the 14th day of Jun 1918 as soon thereafter as may be which land is bounded and described as follows. Situate in Bath Co Ky on the waters of White Oak Creek containing about 171 acres bounded on the north by the lands of L N Riddle and Lewis Crump on the South by the Lands of Dr A W Jones on the East by the lands of John Gudgell and Turner Anderson on the West by the lands of Mary Hendrix. It being all and the same land owned by James Riddle at the time of his death, Said commissioners will first ascertain the aggregate number of acres in the whole tract and then according to quantity quality and value they will allot to the plaintiff Georgia Riddell the one child thereof as her dower and the reamainder of said land they will partition as follows to Sarah Riddle 1/5 of it to Zela Whitton 1/5 of it to Nannie Whaley 1/5 of it to Martha Henderson 1/5 of it ato Iva Starks 1/5 ofit and said comm will make report to this court and this cause is continued.
