All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ky/kyfiles.html ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Alice Warner http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00015.html#0003503 January 30, 2008, 10:20 am Source: Order Book Q P 514-515 Written: March 12, 1919 Sarah Riddle et al plaintiffs vs} Judgement Nannie Whaley et al Defts This case being submitted and the court advised adjudges that the court report of partition filed herein on Sept 2 1918 be and is quashed and held for naught and it is further adjudged by the court that the report of partition filed herein on Febry 10 1919 together with the map filed herewith is now approved and confirmed and ordered to record and Lot no 1 containing 60 6/10 acres as shown by said report and map is adjudged to the pltft Georga Riddle as her Dower in the lands of her husband James Riddle Decd and it is now further adjudged that J J Nesbitt atty for Pltffs herein be and he is allowed from proof herein as attys fee of Fifty Dollars to be taxed as costs herein and J J Nesbitt is appointed this courts commissioners to make deeds of partition to the parties herein respectively for the respective parcels allotted to them as shown by said report filed herein on feby 10 1919 whereupon said com J J Nesbitt this day produced deeds in obedience to this order. Viz deed to Sarah Riddle for lot no-3 deed to Nannie Whaley for lot no-2 deed to Iva Starks for lot no-4 deed to Martha Henderson for lot o 5 and in open court said comr J J Nesbitt acknowledged each of said conveyance to be his act and deed and each of said deeds was examined and approved by the court and endorsed by the court and ordered to be so certified by the clerk of this court for record said comr Nesbitt is allowed $150 each for said deeds to be taxes costs in this case Ordered that court adjourn until Saturday March 15 1919 J L Atchison Judge Additional Comments: More issues of the James Riddle estate are filed in two other court records in order book Q.
