Warner ( I suspect this is the minor daughter of the late William B. M. McDonald Guard of Mary F. Warner and I find from said settlement there is in his hands the sum of one hundred and seventy two dollars and 06 cents. Conner Clerk of the County Court for the county aforesaid do certify that this settlement with J. M. McDonald Guardian of Mary F. Warner was this day produced in open court approved and ordered to be recorded whereupon the same with the certificate thereto annexed and this certificate has been duly admitted to record in my office.
