DEED: Joseph Angell to James Claiborne Leach, 1861, Bath Co Submitted by: Smith, Elizabeth (ESmith@Montgomery.k12.ky.us) Date: Friday, May 15, 1998 Bath Co., KY, Deed Book W, Page 203 This Indenture Made and entered into this 11th day of March 1861 - between Joseph Angell of the County of Bath and State of Kentucky of the first part and James Claiborne Leach of the County of Scott and State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of the natural love and affection which he the said Joseph Angell has for his nephew the said James Claiborne Leach hath given and by these presents gives transfers and conveys unto him the said James Claiborne Leach a two horse wagon To have and to hold the property herby Conveyed unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever free from the Claim or Claims of any and all persons whatever. On testimony whereof the said party of the second part has hereunto set his hand the date first above written.
