Fleming, John D. Fleming, Thos W. Fleming of the County of Fleming and State of Kentucky of the one part and William H. Fleming of the County of Bath and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that whereas the said William P., John D. and Thos W. Fleming for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty dollars to them in hand paid at and before the ensealing of these presents by the said William H. Fleming they doth by these presents sell and convey unto the said William H. Fleming the following described tract of land situate in the aforesaid County of Bath and on the waters of Hingstone being part of a survey of 1,000 acres patented in the name of their Father John Fleming dec’d and bounded as follows, vis: Beginning at black walnut in original line of Fleming and where the line of John C. Owings crosses the same, thence with the original line of Fleming North 2° West 230 poles to two locust and ash the original corner, thence with the original line 64 poles to a boulder stump and stake in the same, thence South 2° East 230 poles to a white walnut and honey locust in the line of John C. Owings, thence with the same N 88 E 64 poles to the Beginning containing by estimation ninety two acres. To have and to hold the same to him his heirs and assigns forever and the said William P., John D. and Thos W. Fleming doth for themselves and their heirs the land and premises before described and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said William H. Fleming his heirs and assigns doth agree to warrant and forever defend the same against the claim of themselves and their heirs and also against the claims of all other persons claiming by through or under them but not against any adverse title In testimony whereof the said William P. Fleming, John D. Fleming and Thos. W. Fleming, the two latter by Wm P. Fleming their attorney in fact hath to these presents set their hands and seals the date first written. William P.
