Deceased was the wife of Espy Goodpaster and a daughter of Samuel and Lucinda Craycraft Purvis. Funeral services were held at the residence Wednesday afternoon, May 11, conducted by the Rev. Herbert Moore. Burial was at Old Virginia graveyard. Besides her husband she is survived by six children.
