She was a retired school teacher and a member of the Sugar Grove Christian Church. She was the widow of Clarence Garrett. Surviving are one son, James Garrett, Owingsville; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Ewing Flood, Ashland and Lawrence Flood, Hollywood Fla. One niece and one nephew. Funeral services were conducted at 2pm Monday in the Richie Hunt Funeral Home with the Rev. Francis Nash officiating. Burial was in the Owingsville Cemetery.
