Week of November 19-November 26, 1998 Delbert Hatton, age 79, passes away at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington Delbert T. Hatton, age 79, of Mt. View Estates in Owingsville, passed away Thursday, November 12, 1998 at V.A. Hospital in Lexington after a long illness. He was born October 10, 1919 in Bath County to the late Mary Jane Shrout and Sherman Hatton. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a veteran of WWII. Survivors include two sisters, Virgaleen Ginter of Owingsville and Gladys Hovermale of Salt Lick; two brothers, Adrian Dorsey Hatton of Morehead and Mason Brooks Hatton of Salt Lick; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services was Saturday, November 14, 1998 at Richie Hunt Funeral Home. Services was conducted under the direction of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial was in the Shrout Cemetery. Richie Hunt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
