Braxton Brack-Jones Died February 1914 Bath Co., Ky
Another old citizen Brackston Jones, One of the oldest men in this part of the 
country, died at 2:30 and was buried in the Kerns Grave Yard at 3 o'clock 
Tuesday February 10, Uncle Brack was a quite good citizen, almost 88 years 
old, at the time of his death. he was married 66 years ago to Susan Kerns, 
daughter of William & Sarah Kerns long deceased. They were perhaps oldest 
couple living that long together in the County. He was the last of 4 brothers; 
Elias, William, Stanfield & Rice Jones of Winchester and Mrs. Amanda Kernes. 
Of this vicinity are half brothers and sisters, besides his widow aged 82 
years he leaves 6 children,Frank Jones,  Alice wife of J. L. Markland, 
Vaninester Jones of Nicholas Co., Eliza wife of R. S. Goodwin, Julia wife of 
Alonzo Anderson and Rosa wife of Charles West of Indiana, Who have the 
condolences of all in their bereavment.
