Bath County News-Outlook, 1/17 - 1/24 2002, p.2
  Mae Ginter McGlothin, age 84, of Mt. Sterling and formerly of Bath Co., 
passed away Mon., Jan. 7, 2002 at Mary Chiles Hospital in Mt. Sterling.  She 
was born on Dec. 27, 1917 to the late Jerry and Ethel Hatton Ginter.  She was 
the widow of Earl McGlothin and a member of Eastland Church of God.
  Survivors include one daughter, Louise Thompson, Owingsville; one son, 
Everett McGlothin, Mt. Sterling; eight grandchildren; three step-
grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Kemplin.
  She was preceded in death by one son, George McGlothin.
  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thur., Jan. 10, 2002 at Ritchie 
Hunt Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Puckett officiating.  Burial was in 
Oldfields Cemetery.
