Pergrem James Preston Pergrem, 78 years old, died at the home of his brother, Marshall Pergrem, at Olympia Tuesday night, January 11, following a brief illness of pneumonia. A native of this county, Mr. Pergrem was a son of the late James And Elizabeth Crouch Pergrem. He was unmarried and, besides his brother, Marshall Pergrem, is survived only by one other brother, Squire T. J. Pergrem of Peeled Oak. Funeral services were held at the Olympia Christian Church Thursday afternoon, January 13, conducted by the Rev. Robert L. Bailey. Burial was in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery.
