He was aged 61 years. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Lou Wilson, of Ladoga, Ind., and three children: Mrs. Carrie Mansfield, of Indianapolis; Mrs. Nora Saunders, of detroit; and Edgar, who is a traveling salesman for a wholesale millinery house, of Indianapolis. "Dock" Ragland was born and reared on upper Slate creek, this county, and was a son of the elder James Ragland. He went from here to Ladoga, Ind., and resided in that State the balance of his life. Mrs. Delia Moore, of Mayview, Mo., is the only surviving one of James Ragland's children, Thomas Ragland having died in Lexington some years ago.
