Services were held Saturday at the Hixson Chapel in Edgerton for Mr. Elmer 
Sellars, 79, of Edgerton. Mr. Sellars died May 4th at a St. Joseph hospital. He 
was born in Sharpsburg, KY., and had made his home in Edgerton for the past ten 
years.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Hazel Sellars of the home; three sons, E.E. 
Sellars, Dearborn, Estol Sellars, Glendale, Arizona and Charlie Sellars, 
Excelsoir Springs, Mo. He also leaves a brother, John D. Sellars, St. Joseph 
and a step-brother, Ollie Ruark, Savanah, Mo. ; nine grandchildren and 12 great 
grandchildren. Burial in Dearborn Cemetery.
