Part of Iverson Perry's Civil War Record stating he died at Munfordsville, 
Kentucky.

Additional Comments:
The Casulty Death page was too large to scan. Also, because of the flowing 
handwriting, the "I" has often been mistaken for a "J". Some online records 
list his first name as JUASON. Iverson was the son of Elijah and Nancy 
Snelling Perry.
