Warner and her Guardian James McDonald. State of Kentucky Bath County A settlement had with James M. McDonald Guard of Mary F. Warner ( This is the minor daughter of the late William B. Warner) in my office on the 11th day of February 1860 as follows towit For amount due from Guard at date of settlement made 9th of November 1855. $134.34 To int. on same to this date 36.69 To rent of land for 1856 due 1st Jany 1857 38.00 To int. of same from 1st Jany 57 to date 6.84 To rent of land for 1857 due 1st Jany 1858 38.00 To int. on same to date 4.56 To whole amt. to this date $258.43 Credits By taxes paid and receipts lost see statement of Guard filed No. 1 $10.72 To Tuition Bill 1856 No. 2 1.50 To int. on same .25 To O S Bigstaffs bill No. 3 $27.00 To int. on same 1.60 To C H Hoons bill for coffin No. 4 $35.00 To int. on same to date 2.45 To guard services 5.00 To com fee for this settlement 1.50 To Clerks fee for recording this settlement 1.25 $ 86.38 To bal. due from Guard $172.06 State of Kentucky Bath County I John D Young Presiding Judge of Bath County Court do certify the above is a true statement of a settlement this day made with J. M. McDonald Guard of Mary F. Warner and I find from said settlement there is in his hands the sum of one hundred and seventy two dollars and 06 cents. Given under my hand this 11th day of Feby 1860 (signed by Judge) State of Kentucky Bath County I R. H. Conner Clerk of the County Court for the county aforesaid do certify that this settlement with J. M. McDonald Guardian of Mary F. Warner was this day produced in open court approved and ordered to be recorded whereupon the same with the certificate thereto annexed and this certificate has been duly admitted to record in my office.
