Scanned copy of a settlement document between Mary F. Warner and her Guardian 
James McDonald.

State of Kentucky
Bath County

A settlement had with James M. McDonald Guard of Mary F. Warner ( This is the 
minor daughter of the late William B. Warner) in my office on the 11th day of 
February 1860 as follows towit For amount due from Guard at date of settlement 
made 9th of November 1855.

I John D Young Presiding Judge of Bath County Court do certify the above is a 
true statement of a settlement this day made with J. M. McDonald Guard of Mary 
F. Warner and I find from said settlement there is in his hands the sum of one 
hundred and seventy two dollars and 06 cents. Given under my hand this 11th 
day of Feby 1860

I  R. H. Conner Clerk of the County Court for the county aforesaid do certify 
that this settlement with J. M. McDonald Guardian of Mary F. Warner was this 
day produced in open court approved and ordered to be recorded whereupon the 
same with the certificate thereto annexed and this certificate has been duly 
admitted to record in my office.  Given under my hand this 12th day of March 
1860
