Gladys Blenis Spratt 77, Owingsville
  Gladys Blevins Spratt, age 77 of Preston Road in Owingsville, KY, passed 
away at her residence
  She was born November 7, 1928, in Bath County, KY, to the late Frank Blevins 
and the late Jessie Ingram Blevins.  She was a member of the Preston First 
Church of God and a homemaker.
  Survivors include one son, Gerald Spratt of Owingsville; one daughter, Sandy 
Meadows (husband, Warren), also of Owingsville; one granddaughter, Madyson 
Meadows of Owinsville; one brother, Rube Blevins of Owingsville; and one 
sister, Virginia Zimmers of Daytona Beach, Fl.
  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2006 at the Preston 
First Church of God, with Pastor Terry Frerichs,the Rev. Eugene Hampton, and 
Bro. Jeff Lopresto officiating. Burial was in the Preston Cemetery.
  Active pallbearers were Phillip and Ricky Wells; Gary Jackson; Andy York; 
Mike Ratliff; Roy Spratt; and Les Ingram.
