Bath County Clerks Office, Sct:
  I R. H. Conner Clerk of the county aforesaid, do certify that Wallace Stull 
hath enetered into bond and security to procure licence to intermarry 
with Mary Jane Ray of this county, consent being legally had.
  This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimony the said Wallace 
Stull and Mary Jane Ray and this shall warrent you for doing so.
  
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, as clerk aforesaid,  this 
31st day of October 1855
