Bath County Clerks Office, Sct:
  I R. H. Conner Clerk of the county aforesaid, do certify that Jacob C. 
Warner hath enetered into bond and security to procure licence to intermarry 
with Elizabeth Shultz of this county, consent being legally had.
  This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimony the said Jacob C. 
Warner and Elizabeth Shultz and this shall warrent you for doing so.
  
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, as clerk aforesaid,  this 
5th day of January 1854
