And my soul to him who made it, in the name of God Amen, after all my just debts being paid I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, 40 acres of land where she now lives which I give unto my beloved wife for her proper use and benifit, to have and to hold the same as her own, during her life, All other personal property to the same. I also desire Benjamin my negro boy to serve till the youngest child comes of age, and then to obtain his freedom. I find myself in my proper mind; being reconciled to the above distrabution, in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed my hand and seal, the day and date above mentioned. Jamison witnessed thereto subscribed and ordered to be recorded, as and for the last Will and Testament of Said Decedent whereupon the same is truly recorded in my office as the law directs.
