Roy E. Henderson

Entered into eternal rest Saturday, January 15, 1977
Roy Edgar Henderson, 81, Weston in Platte County, died Saturday at the Cushing 
Memorial Hospital in Leavenworth.  He was born in Bath County, Kentucky, and 
came to Missouri in 1940.  He was a farmer.  Mr. Henderson was a member of the 
Weston Christian Assembly Church.  He leaves his wife, Mrs. Gertie Henderson 
of the home; a son, Larry Henderson, Weston; four daughters, Mrs. Roberta 
Warner, Mrs. Margaret F. Moore and Mrs. Rosa Mildred Faudere, all of Weston, 
and Mrs. Armilda Amundson, Denver; a brother, Burton Henderson, Pebble, 
Kentucky, 28 grandchildren and 49 great grandchildren.  Services will be at 
2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church; burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery east of 
Weston.  Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at Vaughn Chapel, Weston.  
Pallbearers will be Roy F. Henderson, Gary Henderson, Leroy Henderson, David 
Moore, James Large and Darrell Warner.
