Bath County to wit

It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 2nd day of October 1866, at the house of Isaac Crouch in said county,
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named  James Mar Hoovermale
and Mrs Sarah Cassity and that W H Cassity and Curthbert B Crouch were present
and witnessed the celebration. 

Given under my hand this 2nd day of Oct 1866
