Bath County TO Wit:
It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 6th day of November 1862 at the house of Samuel Jones in said County
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named Wesley Whaley and Mary
V Grimsley and that James Willson Saml Jones and D C Jones were present and
witnessed the celebration
Given under my hand this 6th day of November 1862
