State of Kentucky
Bath County
It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 5th day of Jany 1913 at my home in said county, celebrate the rites of
Matrimony between the within named Frank Johnson and Peachie Hart and that  A S
Ulery and R J Myers were present and witnessed the celebration. 
Given under my hand this 5 day of Jany 1914

Additional Comments:
Although the second date listing at the end states 1914, it is properly in order
to have been filed in 1913.
