It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 29 day of March 1900 at the house of R F D Zimmerman in said county,
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named  Charles Riddle and
Arrora Manning and that John Rodgers and Andy Riddle were present and witnessed
the celebration
