Bath County TO Wit:
It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 3d day of September 1868 at the house of ??arphel R Stone in said County
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named Levi N Riddle and
Louisa Mitchel and that Louis Riddle and Alfred Doyle were present and witnessed
the celebration
