Marriage record in courthouse
Bath County, To-Wit:

It is hereby certified that under and by virtue of the within License, I did, on
the 20th of November 1859, at the house of Richard Adams in said county,
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named David Fraylor and
Frances Montgomery and that Harvy Padget Robert Shouse and Jesse Craig were
present and witnessed the celebration. Given under my hand this December 1859

Additional Comments:
Fraylor may be Taylor, but it looks like Fraylor and I cannot tell which it is,
neither name is on the 1860 census.

Robert Shouse as a witness could be Shorise.
