Bath County To-Wit

It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did on
the 11 day of January 1872 at the house of Caleb Otis in said county, celebrate
the rites of Matrimony between the within named Henry C Tincher and Mary M Otis
and that James Warren and [?] Thomas were peresent and witnessed the
celebration. Given under my hand this 11 day of January 1872

Henry's family is in Bath County 1880 Census.
Caleb Otis's family in 1870 has Mary as his daughter in Census, Bath County.
