Bath County
It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did,
on the 27 day of August 1913 at Owingsville in said county, celebrate the rites
of Matrimony between the within named Dr. L. F. Robbins and Carrie F. Rose and
that Leslie Shrout and D O Kurrbrough, were present and witnessed the celebration.
