Bath County To-Wit

It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did on
the 31 day of January 1872 at the house of Charles Whaley in said county,
celebrate the rites of Matrimony between the within named George H Moxley and
Artimicia Whaley and that John Paris and William E Jones were present and
witnessed the celebration. Given under my hand this 31 day of January 1872
