Carpenter Attest John T. Kimbrough Oscar B. Brother State of Kentucky } County of Bath } May Term, May 11 -- 1903. I JT Peters Clerk of the Bath County Court, do certify that the foregoing Instrument of writing of date 18 day of April 1903 purporting to be the last will of George M Carpenter Deceased was this day produced in open Court and proven by the oaths of John T Kimbrough and Oscar B. Brother the two attesting witnesses thereto, wherefore said Instrument of writing was adjudged by the Court and established as the true last will of said George M Carpenter Dec'd and as such was ordered to record, Whereupon the same and this certificate have been duly recorded in my office as the law directs Given under my hand this 11 day of May 1903 J.T.
