Feb. 26, 1906 Will: I Harrison Wills of the County of Bath and State of Kentucky while I am of sound mind I do hereby make my last will in testimony hereof as follows: After my lawful debts are paid I bequeath Albert Wills and Ellen Wills, her 4 children Sam Basford, John Basford, Margaret Meeks and Harrison Basford their mothers part. And Laura Pierce, Annie Liza Rogers, Thomas Wills, Sampy Wills, John L. Wills, Willie Wills. The 4 Spence children are to have 1.00 each when they become of age. I also appoint Albert Wills if living, to give those Spence children their part and if he be dead, either one of the other heirs is to act in his stead. I further bequeath to my wife Margerette Wills all on my household and kitchen furniture and the farm I now live on and also my water Griss Mill her lifetime. But she is not to sell none of the house-hold goods. After her death this estate is to be divided as provided in the first part of the will.
