Dec. 16 -- Frank Dohany was acquitted today of the murder of August Dwyer, who came here from Middlesboro, Ky., shortly before he was killed. ----------------------- As related in the News of yesterday, Dwyer had been out of Middlesboro but some three or four days when the press report came from Detroit saying he had been slain in that city. As further related in the Daily news of Wednesday, Mr. Dwyer was connected with the auditing department of the United Mine Workers of America, and as such was in the habit of going to all parts of the United States. His last night here was spent in the R....way Inn.
