Was Given Seven Years for Killing Ira Ball in Richmond Court Two Weeks Ago

Richmond, May 24---It has been announced that George Colson sentenced to seven 
years for killing Ira Ball in Middlesboro last year, had appealed to the Court 
of Appeals.  The case was tried here on a change of venue.
