Ball Yesterday Judge J.E. Evans occupied the police court bench this morning in Judge Wood's absence. He received and enrolled one new member in the gun "toters" class -- Elmer Phiebeck, $104.25 and 10 days in jail. Walter Fugate and Grans Hopkins, colored, were found guilty of hoboing and left town with $9.25 fines over their names. All three arrests were made by Officer H.E. Ball.
