McKINLEY  BROCK



BEVERLY - McKinley Brock, 86, passed away Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at his home.



He was born in Beverly on Dec. 22, 1921, the son of the late Hughie and Celetta 
Brock. He believed in the Holiness faith and had been a logger.



In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Roberta G. 
Brock, sons Robert and Alonzo Brock, sisters, Fannie Brock, Nettie Helton, 
Susie Helton and Carrie Knuckles.



Survivors include his wife, Hallie Helton Brock; children and their spouses, 
Donald and Kathy Brock of Beverly, Lowell and Rita Brock of Prestonsburg, 
Jewell Welcher of Morgantown, Ind., Darlene and Wayne Wilson of Cumberland Gap, 
Tenn., and Sandra and Michael Caldwell of Helton, Ky.; 18 grandchildren, 15 
great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; sister, Hester Knuckles; 
and brothers, John, Richmond and Connie Brock; and a host of nieces, nephews, 
other relatives and friends.



Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at the Arnett & Steele 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Teddy Collett, the Rev. Jeff Baker and the 
Rev. Elmer Helton presiding.



Music will be by family and friends. 







Burial will be in the Mudlick Cemetery at Beverly.



Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Arnett & 
Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
