He was born in Pineville on October 13, 1949 a son of Ellen Sizemore Webb. He was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church and was a Kentucky Colonel. He had worked for CSX Railroad for 26 years and was a Roadmaster. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Al Webb, Sr. Survivors include his wife, Geneva Phipps Baker; son, Scott Baker; step- children, Eddie Kirkland, step-grandson, Matthew Kirkland, Weldon (Teresa) Kirkland and Cathy (David) Hensley; mother, Ellen Webb and brother Al (Sandy) Webb and many special aunts and uncles, Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Barnett and Rev. Denny Huner. Music was by the Harmony Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Smith Hill Cemetery, Pineville. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be J.L. Money and the men of Harmony Baptist Church. Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville, was honored to serve the Baker Family.
