ELSIE DARYLLE BURGESS

	Elsie Darylle Burgess, 84, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2004 at 
the Pineville Community Hospital.  She was born in Chenoa on April 2, 1920 the 
daughter of the late Carl Belcher and Mary E. Wilson Belcher Gibson.  She had 
been a Hotel manager.
	In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, 
Herbert Tanner and Carl Burgess.
	Survivors include her sister, Hattie Dean and a host of nieces, 
nephews, relatives and friends.
	Graveside services were 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the New Vine Cemetery 
at Laurel Fork with Rev. Truman Partin.
	Arrangements were by the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
