ROBERT FRAZIER

	Robert Frazier, age 24, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed 
away on October 22, 2004 at Blackmont due to an auto accident.  He was born on 
December 8, 1979 in Pineville, Kentucky the son of George Frazier and Sherry 
Howard Frazier.  He was employed at the Cumberland Gap Provision Co.  He 
believed in the Holiness Faith.
	He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie Frazier, great 
grandfather, Lige North and great grandmother Oloa North; Uncles; Kenny Parks 
and Earl Dean Frazier and Terry Frazier and cousin, David Wayne Wilson, Jr.  
Left to mourn his passing are the following members of his family: his father; 
George Frazier a resident of Pineville, Kentucky, his mother, Sherry Howard 
Frazier a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky Grandmothers: Mary Ellen Frazier 
of Straight Creek, Kentucky, Gathel Parks a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky 
Grandfather: Billy Ray Howard Sister: Crystal Lawson and Amy Frazier of 
Middlesboro, Kentucky. Stepbrother: George Robert Frazier, Jr. of Arjay and 
step sister, Sherry Blansit of Arjay, Kentucky Niece: Heather Lawson of 
Middlesboro, Kentucky Uncles: Rick Frazier, Arjay, Kentucky, Charles Frazier 
of St Creek, Kentucky, Dallas Frazier of Ft Wayne, Indiana, Frank Frazier of 
Ft Wayne, Indiana, Lewis Parks of Middlesboro, Kentucky. Aunts: Judy Wilson of 
Straight Creek, Kentucky, Linda Frazier of Arjay, Kentucky, Minnie Frazier of 
Ft Wayne, Indiana, Charlene Frazier of Ft Wayne, Indiana, Willieta Greg of 
Charleston, South Carolina, Tammy Michelle Givens of Pineville, Kentucky, 
Shannon Parks of Pineville, Kentucky, Francis Parks of Middlesboro, Kentucky. 
Cousins: Mary Ann Frazier of Jenson, Kentucky, Terri Beth Frazier of Harlan 
Road, Mary Ellen Frazier of Harlan Road, Ricky Frazier Jr. of Arjay Kentucky, 
April Frazier of Arjay, Kentucky, Samantha Frazier of Arjay, Kentucky, Jason 
Frazier or Arjay, Kentucky, Mark Wilson of St Creek, Kentucky, Mellissa Wilson 
of St Creek Kentucky and other cousins, aunts and uncles, nephews and nieces 
and friends, relatives and loved ones.
	Funeral services for Robert D. Frazier were conducted on Monday, 
October 25, 2004 at 2:00 pm at the Creech-Durham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. 
George Neal and Rev. Gary Wagner officiating.
	Burial followed in the Middlesboro Cemetery, Middlesboro Kentucky.  
Music was by Luther Adkins.  Pallbearers were Ronnie North, Gary Coleman, 
James Lawson, Mitchell Mayes, Mark Wilson,  Roger Coleman.  Visitation was 
held from 6-10 pm Sunday evening at the Creech-Durham Funeral Home Chapel.
	Creech-Durham Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
