LORRIAINE ELIZABETH GRIFFITH GROELL

	Loriaine Elizabeth Griffith Groell of Chiefland, 71, died Wednesday, 
March 10, 2004 at North Florida Regional Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida.
	Lorraine Elizabeth Griffith Groell was born in Pineville, Kentucky and 
came to Chiefland from New Port Richey, FL and has lived in Chiefland for nine 
years.  She was a homemaker.
	Survivors include her husband James Groell, Chiefland, FL; Daughters, 
Carolyn Harris, Pineville, KY, and Joyce Ann Smith, Stockton, MI: Son James T. 
Sturgill, Chiefland, FL; Sisters, Eve Hembree, Florida, Jeane Barber, 
Kentucky, Sue Odom, Alabama, Viola Mulkey, Arkansas; Brother, Junior Griffith, 
Chiefland, FL; and seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.  Services 
were 3 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2004 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Pineville, 
with Rev. Arthur Jackson officiating.  Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in 
Chiefland was in charge of arrangements.
