She was born in Bell County, on October 6, 1907 the daughter of the late Ed and Bertha Fuson Madon. She was the oldest member of the Moss Chapel Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Hendrickson, two sons and a grandson. Survivors include her daughters and their husbands, Anna Lee and E.B. Ray of Madison, WV, Faye and Ross Huffman of Toledo, OH, Rhonda and Bill Hall of Christopher, IL, Sonja Brenner of Pineville and Olivia and Dan Scalf of Cartersville, GA; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Walter Madon, Austin Madon, Ruth Alley, Janice Broyles and Fuson Baker and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Services were Wednesday at the Moss Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Ellis Hugh Hoskins, Rev. Paul Gibson and Rev. Terrell Gibson. Music was by the Church Choir. Burial was in the Smith Cemetery at Clear Creek. Pallbearers were grandsons and grandsons-in-law. Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville, was in charge of arrangements.
