Hillary Jackson, 63 (7/30)



    LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Hillary Jackson, 63, formerly of Bell County, passed 
away Sunday, July 20, 2003, in Los Angeles. He was born May 15, 1940, in Bell 
County, a son of Hillary and Dona Slusher Jackson. He believed in the Baptist 
faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, 
Mabel Hobbs, Nancy Wilson; two infant brothers, Hobart Jackson and Henry 
Jackson; infant sister, Debbie Jane Jackson; a nephew, Terry Henry; and a 
niece, Joyce Baker.

   Survivors include his brother, Abraham Jackson, Pineville; three sisters, 
Irene Messer, Barbourville, Ky., Laura Henry and Lillie Thompson, both of 
Middlesboro; and a host of other relatives and friends.

   Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday Jackson Cemetery 
at Laurel Hill at with Elder Noel Lee presiding. The family will receive 
friends from Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Arrangements by Creech 
Funeral Home, Middlesboro.
