He was born in Pineville on January 12, 1930 to Elisha and Mary Goodin Jordan. He retired from Clark Equipment and was a greeter at Wal-mart. He was a member of Lima Missionary Baptist Church and UAW Local #106. Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Centers Jordan, children, Ronny (Debbie) Jordan of Cridersville, Bob (Deb) Jordan of Lafayette, Larry (Julie) Jordan of Beaverdam, Sandy (John) Bougham of Lafayette and Chuck (Jessica) Jordan of Chesapeake, VA; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Kathleen Hembree of Pineville, Pearlie Thompson, Victor (Lucille) Jordan, all of Cridersville, Renie (Oscar) Lesley of Ft. Wayne, IN, Pascal (Nora) Jordan of Waynesville, Jack (Mary) Jordan of Lima and Claud (Diane) Jordan of Lima and best friend Billy Ray Thompson of West Newton. Services were Monday at 11:00 AM at the Lima Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Brock. Burial was in the Fairmount Cemetery.
