Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 1999, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Service Chapel, with Elder Hale Terry and Elder Kenneth Key officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Key was born April 27, 1921 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late Gillis and Carrie Leona Seymore Johnson. She attended Greensboro Primitive Baptist Church and was retired from Key's Block Repair Company as a bookkeeper. Mrs. Key is survived by her daughter, Barbara Eller and husband, James of Greensboro; son, Junior Key of Greensboro; two sisters, Della Honeycutt and Lillian Gray, both of Detroit, Mich.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Key. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Monday, July 19, 1999 at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Service and at other times at the residence of Barbara Eller, 3901 Porte Place, Greensboro.
