 BARBARA  K. BEGLEY LAY

	Barbara K. Begley Lay passed away at her home November 2, 2004.  She 
was born on July 26, 1934 in Bell County.
	Survivors include her husband, Douglas Lay, daughters Diane Wilson, 
Marlyn Hall and Teresa Roberts, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild 
and sister, Ivory Jackson.
	Services were held Saturday, November 6, 2004 at Chambers and Grubbs 
Funeral Home, Independence, KY with burial following in the Evergreen 
Cemetery, Southgate, KY.
	This obituary is a courtesy to the family by the Arnett & Steele 
Funeral Home, Pineville.
