MARTHA E. NAPIER

	Martha E. Napier, 89, died Saturday, June 19, 2004, at her residence 
in Indianapolis.
	She was born October 23, 1914, in Pineville, KY.  Her parents were 
John and Peggy (Spurlock) Wagner.  She married Gillis Napier.  He preceded her 
in death.  Survivors include four sons, Eugene Napier of Indianapolis, Carl 
Napier of Greenwood, Lonnie Napier of Lexington, KY, and Larry Napier of 
Martinsville; three daughters, Rosella Mills of Camby and Daisy Mae Brock and 
Mary Jordan, both of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mary Messer and Chelsie 
Miller, both of Pineville, KY; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 
two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by five brothers and 
two sisters.
	She was a member of House of Refuge Full Gospel Church in Indianapolis.
	The Revs. Tommy Jordan and Leon Baker will conduct a service at 2:30 
p.m. Tuesday at Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 
135 in Greenwood.  Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral 
home.  Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
