    TAZEWELL, Tenn. - Howard Doug Vanover, 32, passed away Thursday, 
April 11, 2002. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday 
at Coffey Funeral Home, New Tazewell Chapel, with the Revs. Lonnie 
Douglas Dalton and Harold Barnard presiding. Burial will be in Seals 
Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is from 7-9 p.m. today at Coffey Funeral
Home, New Tazewell, Tenn., which is in charge of arrangements.
