Here is a picture of my ggrandfather, William B. Rains. The first school 
teacher in Bell County, and Captain of the 1st. KY Cavalry, Company B, USA. I 
also have a court case about him from 1858, which I will send later. He is the 
man mentioned in Fuson’s history of Bell County.
