Martha Forester Bailey--
 Martha Forester Bailey, 72, of Hulen, died Wednesday, July 20, 1988 at the 
Pineville Community Hospital following a long illness. She was born in Stoney 
Fork, KY., July 17, 1915 to the late Soloman and Francis Caldwell Forester.  A 
lifelong resident of Bell County, she was a homemaker and a believer in the 
Holiness faith.  She was married to Rev. Leon Bailey.  She  was preceded in 
death by one daughter, Tishie Bailey.Mrs. Bailey is survived by: her husband, 
Rev. Leon Bailey, Hulen; two daughters, Margie Caldwell, Pineville, and Martha 
Lou Bailey, Hulen; three sisters, Elizabeth Caldwell and Ida Brock, both of 
Stoney Fork, and Mary Forester, OH; one brother, Henry Forester, Stoney Fork, 
KY; 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services were at 2 p.m. 
Sunday, July 24 at the Arnett Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Feeman Clark and 
Rev. Thea O. Carter.  Burial was in the Kentucky-Bell Cemetery, Calloway, KY.  
Friends and grandsons served as pallbearers. Arnett Funeral Home was in charge 
of arrangements.
