HAROLD BROCK
 
    Harold Brock, 55, of Pineville, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 
2001.  He was born in East Pineville on October 16, 1945 a son of 
Hailey Collett Brock and the late Sillis "Babe" Brock.
    He was a member of the Old Ferndale Missionary Baptist Church and 
was a retired lineman for Gambrel Construction.
    In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, 
Harold Brock, Jr, a brother, Sillis Brock, Jr., nephews, P.J. Funson 
and Jim Anthony Brock.
    Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Brenda Brock of East 
Pineville; children Harol Michael (Becky) Brock of Henderson, Kathrine 
(Craig) Foister of Pineville and Kenneth Richard (Candy) Brock of 
Pineville; mother Hailey Brock of East Pineville; brothers; Orville 
(Jewell) Brock of Straight Creek, Jimmy (Wilma) Brock of Pineville, 
Jackie Brock, East Pineville, Vernon Brock of East Pineville, Donnie 
(Bonnie) Brock of East Pineville, Ricky (Iva) Brock of East Pineville, 
and Gary (Kathy) Brock of Ohio; sisters, Wanda (Eddie Paul) Funson of 
Clear Creek, Helen (Gene) Roper of Pineville, Bonnie ( Donnie) Napier 
of Hances Creek, Jewell (Estil) Miller of East Pineville, Norma 
(Willard) Gray of East Pineville and Marilyn (Jerry) Allen of Laurel 
Hill and a host of nieces and nephews and a good friend Roger Hoskins, 
and 7 grandchildren.
    Services were Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with 
Rev. Clarence Mason.  Music will be by the Old Ferndale Missionary 
Baptist  Church.  Burial followed in thr Pinelawn Memorial Gardens, 
Pineville, Kentucky.  Pallbearers were family and friends.
